Meet Ana
Ana is a re-patterning instructor and practitioner. Her initial training in stretch therapy and internal breathing, laid the foundation for her continued studies in a variety of disciplines. She has since earned qualifications in Sufi Breathing, Tibetan Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Persian Yoga, Flow Yoga, Nei-Dan, Bazi, Feng Shui, Structural Integration, Sufi Healing, Ceremonial Chanting, and Shamanic Space Cleaning.

Ana's yoga instruction emphasizes a traditional approach, prioritizing individual care and attention to each student's unique anatomy, physiology, and energetic system. Rooted in ancient Hatha Yoga teachings, classes incorporate a blend of dynamic and static asanas (poses), breathwork integrated with the poses (and sometimes pranayama for independent breath regulation), and periods of relaxation and/or meditation. Each class is thoughtfully tailored to the students present, prioritizing their needs over a pre-set style or label.
