Internal Awareness and External Understanding
Discover a process of breath, movement, tension, release, vitality and deep relaxation through daily practices
"Breathing Body" is a community base space for individuals who want to open up space in their body in order to be able to see and be in the world as a whole human being.
We understand that in the modern world, we often become preoccupied with external matters and rarely have time to turn our attention inward. How many of us are truly comfortable with ourselves without any distractions? We try to cover up and pretend these issues don't exist. We hide tensions and emotional blockages, never addressing them. The good news is that these issues are always waiting to be discovered and addressed with our attention, intension and presence. Once we shed light on them and create space, they can begin to open up, heal organically, and release themselves.
The question is how can we open our internal attitude? and be open to observing what happens in every moment and in our bodies. This is a question I ask myself, and it's with this attitude that I teach the internal training of the body to my clients. How can we create space and release bodily tensions to experience and live our daily lives fully? How can we free ourselves from our limitations and unwanted sufferings? How can we be authentic and able to express our creativity with joy?
For anyone willing to invest effort, it's possible to rediscover forgotten parts of oneself. By exploring the vast inner world of the human body, one can connect with and release hidden tensions and vulnerabilities, becoming unified and strong. This journey leads to a mature relationship with both oneself and the external world, cultivating lifelong nourishment.
